Support in Apicurio studio to save API definition in Apicurio registry

Can we store API definition, designed on Apicurio studio in Apicurio registry

Please point, is this functionality currently supported in Apicurio studio

Currently we don't have that integration built into Studio. We have started working on an event sourcing feature in Studio that would make integrations of this sort possible without creating an actual "Register in Apicurio Registry" one-off feature. We may still do the latter anyway, of course - we haven't decided yet.

I'd be very open to a PR to add this functionality as a peer of the current "Publish to Git" feature!

It would certainly be useful to have the ability to register to Apicurio Studio as well as Publish to git. I was thinking of registering to git, and then using git action to register to Apicurio registry and so on.
