I'll try a different approach to monitor the keys and see if it make any improvements. Currently, other apps like KeyCastr also struggle to identify the correct keys, but KeyCodes...

I'll investigate to find a workaround. Anyway, I believe it's preferable to use another app, as Hyperkey seems to have an issue with retaining keys when other modifiers are pressed....
