[feature]: Highlight partial modifier matches

Description

Even when 'Highlight matches' is toggled, only the cmd is highlighted when pressed alone. Other matches will be highlighted if is pressed along with cmd key.

Expected behavior

When pressing opt, ^, shift keys alone, matches will also be shown.

Hey ShareCake, Thank you for your feedback! This behaviour is actually intentional, as the current implementation highlights only fully matched shortcut modifiers. I've been thinking about adding support for partial matches too, so I'll add it to features list to work on.
