Turkish dictionary not really working

I installed ASK from f-droid (1.10.606) and during first setup installed and enabled turkish layout. However, I think turkish dictionary used in suggestion is not working.

When I check the source code for the dictionary (languages/ossturkish/pack/dictionary/tr_wordlist.combined.gz), I can see there are many words with frequency numbers. When I start typing those words which are included in the file, I do not get a suggestion and if I manually type all the letters, then the word gets added to my user dictionary as the word is not known to any dictionaries. This is same with both f-droid and playstore versions of turkish language pack.

Is there something missing in language pack or do I have to do something in order to use the suggestion dictionary?

Also, f-droid and playstore versions of Turkish language pack seems to be different, Playstore versions seems to be newer.
