I think right now we use 'monorepo'. You don't need a 'branch' for languagepack anymore. I saw you changed the README. I think it's not good for monorepo.

@lowbit as @azzamsa mentioned, we are not using a different approach for language-packs were we have a single mono-repo and each language is a module
