Disabling the caps lock

How do I disable the double press of shift keys that locks the shifted keys layout. My language has 50+ alphabets and there is no capital form of any alphabet, I am using the shift key to replace alphabets with the shifted ones. Also, I need to disable auto shift after period.

Hello, to "disable auto shift after period": Look for "Auto-capitalization" in Settings->Language->Configure correction behaviour...->Grammar, maybe this helps you? I don't think there is a setting yet to configure the shift-locking behaviour, or is there @menny ? Also, may I ask which LanguagePack you are using? What language with 50+ alphabets is this and how are you "replacing" alphabets by using shift?
