[Bug]: txt文件目录界面无法显示已识别章节名

Describe the bug|描述问题

txt文件章节格式均为 “第x章”，正文界面可以正常识别出章节作为标题 但目录页面仅显示文件标题，未显示已识别章节名

To reproduce|重现步骤

1. 导入文件
2. 打开文件
3. 打开目录页面
4. 未正常显示已识别章节名

Expected behavior|预期行为

可正常显示txt文件章节信息

能否提供txt文件以便进一步适配呢

国富论.txt 一册供您参考，简单测试了十册左右txt在1.2.3+2040版本下，均无法在目录页正常显示如“第x章”格式（正文可正常识别）的章节信息

目前可以显示出来，但是部分章节的标题还是没能提取出来 例如 第一章能识别 第二章标题 被认为是正文了
