[Bug]: webdav 无法连接

我是用的是infinicloud 的webdav，之前的版本可以连接，正常，刚安装的1.8.1版本无法连接 所填信息确定没有错误

To reproduce|重现步骤

1. 连接 infiniCloud 的 webdav
2. 测试无法连接

正常连接
