[Bug]: 浮现栏无法消失，必须结束程序重新开启

随便选中一段文字，然后点copy，这个浮现栏就一直出现，无法消失

macos 15.4

To reproduce|重现步骤

1. Go to '...' | 前往...
2. Click on '...' | 点击...
3. Scroll down to '...' | 向下滚动到...
4. See error | 看到错误

Expected behavior|预期行为

自动消失掉浮窗
