[Bug]: 上下滚动翻页无法直接跨章节翻页

Describe the bug|描述问题

App上下滚动翻页的时候比如第一章翻完了需要点击一下右边的屏幕才能跳转到下一章，无法直接滚动到下一章，向上滚动翻页是需要点击一下左边的屏幕才能跳转到上一章节。

To reproduce|重现步骤

1. Go to '...' | 前往...
2. Click on '...' | 点击...
3. Scroll down to '...' | 向下滚动到...
4. See error | 看到错误

Expected behavior|预期行为

我不知道这个属不属于bug，还是故意这么设计的，期望可以上下滑动直接滑动到下一个章节，而不是手指点击

目前滚动模式还不能实现这个，因为滚动模式不能跨章节，这个会导致无法翻页到下一章节
