Custom keyword filters possible?

Any chance of sometime in the future getting an option to add filters that let us filter out tasks that have words/phrases of our choice in them?

For instance I got some requesters that I like doing hits for but they often put up a ton of hits that I'm not eligible for and I could easily filter those out if I could just create a list of keywords that would automatically hide the task from showing up.

Also it'd make hiding anything transcription related super easy since 9/10 transcription hits have the word Transcribe in it.

Thanks for this suggestion @Omniphantasm. This seems possible but the challenge is making it so users don't inadvertently hide a HIT (or many HITs) that they would have otherise liked to do. I might be able to ship it within a few major versions but in the mean time, I'll try to make blocking single unwanted HITs as simple as possible.
