Tech tree (erekir) has red node between Tungsten and Surge Alloy

Issue: The tech tree (erekir) screen show a red node between Tungsten and Surge Alloy.

Steps to reproduce: Playing the campain in the new planet.

I just downloaded the last version 7.0 Build 140.4 and it still happens. But I play with the same game data campain (I have not start new campain).

I found it. It is the Thorium element...You can discover the Surge Alloy before the Thorium.
