Metaglass Cyclone is perfectly balanced with no exploits

Describe what you would like changed, and why.

So I saw that metaglass ammo for the Cyclone has been buffed at least twice in v7. Yeah, I think metaglass did deserve a buff, but its current stats are way too much imho. It by most aspects outclasses the much more expensive blast compound and plastanium, essentially making metaglass, the cheapest ammunition, the second best after surge alloy.

Describe the changes you want to propose. Include possible alternatives.

• Revert changes to metaglass bullets made in v138. This just rendered everything but surge alloy completely useless.
• Slightly buff plastanium bullets. Compared to much cheaper metaglass (even before v138), it just feels a bit weaker.
• Buff blast compound bullets. These always felt weak overall.

I may add to nerf surge bullets slightly, since they are completely broken especially on swarmers (I am aware that the topic is cyclones, and they too are a bit too strong when it comes to surge ammo).

And before people start saying it is fair because it is expensive, then clearly you haven't tried it out. It is quite easy to get enough surge for a lot of weapons.
