[Bug] In "Border" workspace layout mode, only the rightmost pane has a bottom border

Describe the bug When using the "Border" workspace layout mode, only the rightmost pane will have a bottom border, with the others having none. This disrupts the visual flow in a way I think isn't intentional, which is why I'm reporting this as a bug.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In style settings, change Workspace > Workspace Layout to Border.
2. Optionally, change Workspace > Status Bar > Status Bar Style to Fixed, which makes the problem more visible.

Expected behavior I'd expect the border to be consistent across all tabs; either all panes should have a bottom border or all should lack one (my preference is all should have one).

As you can see I have this same problem. With this tab. You need to be on windows for this problem to show up.
