Challenges with downloading Only V

Hi 👋 i wish to ask for you to review the user download for Only V. The download keeps failing at about 85% and the error message is that i need to contact the administrator

Uploading 20220409_225202.jpg… I kept getting dozens of failed downloads at each attempt. Most fail at about 80% completion. I must however mention that just yesterday, I was able to download the program on my android phone and copied it to the computer. A subsequent retrial a few minutes ago on the laptop (Microsoft) has also been successful after 6 attempts.
