Error in step 9 and step 11

Dear developer,

Thank you for your kind words and appreciation for this powerful tool.

In my research, I primarily utilize multiple 10x scRNA-seq data. However, there are two of my data, occuring the error and I could not fix it. I'd like to ask how I should do to fix these errors or the developer could gave me some advise.

This is the outcome of the first sample. The error occured in Step 11.

And this is the outcome of the second sample. The error occured in Step 9.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in answering my questions and providing professional advice.
