Heatmap values ordered by cluster

Open karlacat1 opened this issue 1 year ago • 1 comments

Hi,

I have been using SCEVAN to annotate tumor samples and I was wondering if there is a way to plot the heatmap values ordered by cluster number (e.g. leiden clustering) instead of "normal vs tumor"?

Thanks! Karla

I don't know if you are referring to the clusters of subclones found by SCEVAN because that plot is generated SAMPLENAMEheatmap_subclones.png. Otherwise if you are referring to your own clustering on the initial scRNA matrix you can generate the heatmap yourself using your clustering and the CNA matrix used to generate the SCEVAN heatmap which is saved in CNAmtx.RData (heatmap.png) or CNAmtxSubclones.RData (heatmap_subclones.png)

I hope I have made myself clear. Let me know.
