Intel complier issue

Hi, I was trying to compile v0.2 (release) using intel compiler instead of gcc for our systems. I got following warning.

icpc: command line warning #10006: ignoring unknown option '-ggdb3'

Perhaps a small fix somewhere. FYI only and if it is something that can be fixed in future releases. Excited to try it out on diploid human genome. Cheers
