Restart on crash

Hi,

My assembly crashed after read realignment. Would it be possible to modify lja in order to check what has already been written in the output directory and not restart from scratch?

Hi! Thank you for your interest in LJA. Could you send me your log file? Reads are realigned several times during assembly and it is possible that no useful information was available by the time it crashed. I also am very interested to find out why it crashed and fix it.
