Map dragging is quite bugged

Describe the bug When dragging the map, it drags poorly. Looks like it only drags well if you move the mouse fast enough.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior The map should be dragged as the cursor is dragged, with the same proportion and with any movement speed.
