Per world whitelist

I want to sugguest configurable whitelist for worlds (AA are useless in some dimensions, eg thaumcraft/the end).

This is a good idea. It doesn't sound too hard, and it would make things cleaner for dimensions with unrecognized biomes.

To make this lore friendly, perhaps a message could be added that displays when you try to open the atlas in a non-whitelisted dimension, like "A mysterious force prevents you from opening the Atlas" or something like that. In addition, I feel like making it so it could be a whitelist or a blacklist could be useful. I've done it with multiple of my mods, and you're free to copy my code, if you like.
