Does it also happen with other devices and other configs?

pktiuk avatar Dec 04 '22 12:12 pktiuk

Tried with the wheel from provided config, and, additional my pedals: Assigning only a keypress in simple mode - > works

Assigning the exact sequence like in the provided config: Crash with both files (wheel test and pedals test) while loading.

Tried also with antimicro (without X) 2.2.4: works

Smo-RBR avatar Dec 04 '22 12:12 Smo-RBR

Could you try this exact sequence with another device? Like a regular gamepad?

pktiuk avatar Dec 04 '22 12:12 pktiuk

Tested, and if I set the delays in the sequence to 0.2 (200 in config), it works. With 0.1, it crashes.

Smo-RBR avatar Dec 04 '22 13:12 Smo-RBR

What device did you test with these results?

pktiuk avatar Dec 04 '22 13:12 pktiuk

Sorry, seems to be complete erratic. I tested to change the values with the wheel. It worked threee times as described, then i would do a video for you, didnt work anymore.

Now i did a test with my shifter. Seems to work. And, if i load the wheel config additional after the shifter config, it seems also not to crash. Antimicrox.zip

I attach both configs:

I am afraid, that it may be difficult to properly investigate this bug without a stack trace.
It would be best if this crash could be reproduced with other hardware. In such a case, I could reproduce it on my Windows machine and obtain a trace by myself.

pktiuk avatar Dec 04 '22 13:12 pktiuk

Unfortunatelly, i only own the wheel, the handbrake, the pedals and the shifter. I assume we should have the same hardware?

Smo-RBR avatar Dec 04 '22 13:12 Smo-RBR

I don't know, I have only PS4 gamepad with me now.
I will try to reproduce this problem later with stuff i have.

pktiuk avatar Dec 04 '22 14:12 pktiuk

I am not able to reproduce it. I can't do anything with this bug for now.
