Remove unused code from InputDaemon

There are a lot of unused pieces of code in InputDaemon most of it is linked with the flag #define USE_NEW_REFRESH enabled in commit https://github.com/antimicro/antimicro/commit/93099d09d79673947c193ecc15edb137335b1267

Now big chunks of code are either disabled (or never used for example variable trackjoysticks is not used anymore and many checks based on it should be removed)
