[Suggestion] Plugin list and whisper reply for ChatBot.

Describe the feature

Add command for chatbot !plugins or !pl to have the client call the method for finding plugins from meteor, then message the list of plugins it found. Could be useful. Also please add a mode where it only does /w or /r to reply the message to a specific player.
