[Request] Add miners to all free ore nodes

I would love to have a button "Add miners to all free nodes". Could be the same dialog as if you add a miner to a specific node.

Little additions/ideas:

• destroy the boulder if there is one on the node (could also be added to the single miner)
• Same idea for Geothermal Generators/Oil Extractors

This was left alone as they are way harder to handle than regular miners in terms of object creation internally. I might get another look at it when I can
