Device and OS version - Stock Android 10 Interval - Interval not matter i set it 4 min & 5 min & 9 min.

Type (home or lock, scheduled separatlely, etc) - both are stopped

Okay, so individual scheduling with same album selected for both. How many items are in the album? All wallpapers, folders, or mix of both?

I'm not able to replicate this on an Android 10 virtual emulator with the same settings. Can you try again? It might be an issue specific to your OEM. A screen recording of you going through a typical use of the app would be nice.
