I'll have to figure out how to do a RubyGem install from inside an install script... doesn't seem right to put this inside the chocolateyInstall.ps1

gem install lolcommits

Even though we can do this on the raw CLI

PS> choco install lolcommits -source ruby

Maybe we just re-brand this package, loclcommits-prereqs
