Battery Levels Fluctuate

I've got three devices being monitored and throughout the day and across days the battery levels fluctuate quite significantly.

I can see that the battery level for a single device might change (up and down) by 1 or 2% per day and as much as 3-4% over a couple of days. So for example might be 3% higher today than it was 2 days ago.
