Servers with Username/Password requirements
The script doesn't appear to accept the -u and -P parameters for connecting to servers that require the username and password be set.

I fork and added username and password authentication, just add two parameters -u -p https://github.com/TwoThreeWang/Xiaomi_LYWSD03MMC_iobroker-mqtt
