Does this work in windows?

I try installing this theme in windows. All I get is an empty powerline at the bottom.

It's working for me in windows using an emacs build in cygwin. What emacs installer/build are you using?

I am using emacsW64 installed through chocolatey on windows 1O. The themes work and load but the fonts do not show properly. I have installed the patched fonts from powerline (thanks for the PowerShell install script, it was a nice surprise) but adding the code at the end of the readme does not have any effect and causes emacs to become extremely slow.
