Obfuscated instance names

Hey, interested in using this to help stand up a small instance, but the list returned includes some obfuscated names like example***.**ple

I understand why that is done in public lists, but that does make it difficult to figure out what the domain is to actually block it, unless I'm missing something. Should I be comparing these to some publicly-available list?
