Cnchi default "not-swap"

Open davidhijomaria opened this issue 9 years ago • 1 comments

Problem:

The default installation doesn't hibernate to swap

Steps To Reproduce:

In previous versions the cnchi instraller asked me if to use "btrfs" or other (and recommend the other) I have worked with the other that allows easily suspend to swap [this is my favourite thing of Archbased distros], by clicking in the "herramienta de retoques" tool...

Know that doesn't work, and when i tried other methods the terminal said something like: "I can't suspend to swap with btrfs..."

I wondered about the same issue with an installation in Feb. 2018. I had to manually add resume=UUID=XXXXXXX (swap partition) to my kernel options.

Could this be done by default?
