Resuming episode resets playback to the start of the episode

Steps to reproduce
1 Begin playing an episode 2 Pause the episode and wait for a few minutes. Likely when the media control disappears 3 Resume the episode
I have been using my radio and headphones to pause and resume the episode. This may be relevant, or it may not be.
Expected behaviour
Resume the episode from the previous playback position.
Current behaviour
The episode restarts from the beginning.

Further use and observation seems to indicate a prerequisite for repeating the bug.
It appears that this is happening to episodes I had completely listened to in the past, that were removed from my queue. I readded them to my queue and started listening to them, and that seems to be the key piece for repeating the bug. It even persists after marking the episode as unplayed.
@ByteHamster Can I work on this? It has a possible bug label so I don't know if I can.
If you have an idea, sure. But I don't think this is something we can really fix on our end because it is likely caused by the server. If you want to start contributing, I suggest starting with something labeled "good first issue"
