UX inconsistency: `allowInputToggle` does not open picker on tab-navigation focus as well

This PR seems to break the `allowInputToggle`. The picker only opens on every second click on the input field. Please check this [StackBlitz](https://tempus-dominus-v6-repl-hrdsrw.stackblitz.io).

Can confirm. We force users to use the picker by setting the input to readonly.
