py-eddy-tracker Issues regarding merging/splitting diagnostics

Hi Antione,

I have some issues regarding merging/splitting diagnostics: I think there's something wrong which is happening because not all the trajectories in my simulation have correct segmentation -- for example, for some trajectories the segmentation is done in the starting of its lifetime, for some in the middle, and for some in the end! This is quite not correct because for some tracks I have checked manually in terms of where the merging and splitting is taking place.

Could you please help in understanding the issue?

Without any data and more informations about how you build your datasets i can't understand

The dataset is created by using the steps mentioned in issue #152 and 10 windows are used to group and generate the network file.
