IPv6 no longer assigned on LAN

Device Model: TG789MYRvac v2 HP Gui Version: 9.4.97

Description of problem: IPv6 LAN no longer assigned, it used to be assigned but now it is not. Screen Shot 2019-10-02 at 10 49 50 pm

uci set network.globals.ula_prefix=auto;sh /rom/etc/uci-defaults/12_network-generate-ula

Should fix but idk what's wrong around it that will remove this value from config

does the command posted up fix it? the device was upgraded from a previous version or was factory resetted after 2.2.1 install?
