Static leases not being assigned (DJA0230/20.3.c/9.6.65)

Description of problem, HOW TO REPRODUCE, Media/Photos: I upgraded the firmware from 18.1.c.0462-950-RA to 20.3.c and the GUI from 9.5.97 and static leases are no longer being given to clients, i.e. I have to specify desired IPs on clients. The settings have been manually input again after update and checked a few times. I'm not sure what I'm missing or if it's a bug or incompatibility with the firmware version, etc.

Unfortunately this GUI i still untested on a 20.x firmware (also for a 19.x is pretty new)

the things you can try are a full reset from reset button (on first reset the root is persistent) than a reinstall of the GUI (use the dev version), than test the static lease functionality

you can do a full backup of your config from the advanced backup in modgui page, but prior to restore, test the static lease functionality

I'll give the fresh GUI a go. If that's not a success, I guess I'll downgrade the firmware to 18.1.c (if that's possible).
