[DGA4132] Cannot update to firmware 2.2.1

Device Model/Firmware: DGA4132 / 17.3.c Cyan AGTHP_2.0.0 GUI Version :9.6.65-89342d7b

Please go to Cards >> GUI Settings >> Debug Report and press the Generate button. Attach the debug file here: DebugHelper2021-05-17-1411.tar.gz

Description of problem, HOW TO REPRODUCE, Media/Photos: I am trying to update the firmware to the recommended version 2.2.1 using the GUI (Modem-> Update firmware). It looks like the file is accepted, the modem reboots, after a while it gets back but firmware is still at 2.0.0. However any files I put into the root folder for example get deleted, hostname is reset etc. Root is still intact.

have you tryed a full reset from button? did you installed any GUI version before 9.6.65 on this device?
