The port forwarding rules count in the WAN services tab is not updated after you create or delete forwarding rules

The XX port forwarding rule is defined count in the WAN services card is not updated after creating or deleting forwarding rules. Reloading the page works around the issue.

To reproduce:

1. Open the Cards homepage.
2. Take note of the current forwarding rules count in the WAN services card.
3. Create a new forwarding rule, or delete an existing one.
4. Observe that the port forwarding rules count in the WAN services card didn't change, and is showing the wrong number of forwarding rules.
5. Reload the page.
6. Observe that the port forwarding rules count in the WAN services card shows the correct number of forwarding rules.
