VPN app

This might be a possible duplicate of #585, but I was wondering why not having the VPN server described here (Italian) as an app to be installed if desired.

I think it would ease the maintenance leaving up to the GUI to:

  • Check hardware and software compatibility
  • Restore the card after a GUI update

Any thoughts on that?
