"Revive From Medkit" action does not show up entirely

The action icon can change to the medic icon but the text does not show up underneath it. Additionally, you can't scroll through the action menu to see the text until you initially activate the topmost hold action (you don't have to complete the hold action)

What helped me was to tap space on Force Revive. After that the ActionMenuItem were available again.
