Downed enemy helicopters that make a crash landing are not cleaned up

When the enemy AI successfully perform a crash landing in their helicopter, they should be deleted and the aircraft destroyed.

This behavior was observed on a dedicated server with a headless client.

Happens with both paratrooper helis and support helicopters

Possible cause is this line

vehicle is a keyword; should change it.
