Helicopters from paradrops sometimes stick around or don't seem to get complete waypoints to end

The helicopter doesn't seem to get its follow on waypoint to the deletion position.

Seems to happen with CUP helicopters.

Update paratroopers/staticLine functions from KUSJA to fix this issue.
