Adding Google Chrome shortcut for grouping tabs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I always prefer using keyboard instead of mouse.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to propose a new shortcut for grouping tabs which was a new feature introduced by Google.

Make changes in the Google Chrome Shortcuts Folder. Raise a PR. If your changes are unique, we will merge it.
