Themes: add "use dark theme" checkbox

On select dark theme in list set it checked. On select light theme uncheck it. If follow system dark mode is enabled: disable it.

On check - select latest dark theme. On uncheck - select latest light theme.

Display selected light and dark theme both in the same time.
