fix: building vignettes and testthat

Hey, it seems the issue is related to xgboost being updated and some arguments having their name changed. I don't know the details, but copilot was able to fix the issues and now devtools::test() and devtools::check() pass on my computer (windows 11, r 4.5.2). It would be good if someone who knows xgboost and related to verify this, of course.

Also, usethis can help set up a r cmd check gh-action. I think that would be useful.
