Description

Issue

As soon as I load my saved game I get this error that says the ui info suite failed to render. i believe it has to do with the tool upgrade finished icon as i get an alert at the bottom but the icon doesn't show. when i last exited my game the icon was there and i haven't done anything to the mods, setting, or otherwise to have changed this. the error repeats itself into eternity until i shut down the game or click into the modding log. clicking back into the game after this will cause a crash.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start game
2. Load saved game
3. Enjoy the show in log
