[Feature]: Show on item hover which mod generates the object

Description

As multiple objects from different mods can have the same names now, it would be helpful to have a line in an object's tooltip saying which mod generated it. I know there are swapper mods out there that let you convert items with the same name between mods but for some just knowing the source would be enough.

Example: A tester of a mod I'm working on was having trouble getting Plantain to work in one of our custom machines. It turns out they were using Plantain from Cornucopia instead, which would not be accepted by our machine.
