[Feature]: tile overlay for treasure totem spots

Description

Treasure totems create 16 artifact spots in a circle around the player. Because the spots do not appear if the spot is blocked/not tillable, it would be helpful to add a tile overlay for those 16 spots, green for the tillable spots and red for non-tillable/blocked. Thank you!
