[Feature]: Festival reminders and timer

Description

It would be nice to have the option to toggle a festival reminder icon (the day before and on the day of the festival), just like the traveling merchant icon.

And a really nice touch would be to show a progress bar on the day of the festival that empties down indicating the exact time remaining for you to join it.
